What is Block and Estate Management
Residential Block and Estate Management is the process of managing the communal areas of residential properties via the service charge.
In short, the role is dictated by the needs of the development, but our main responsibilities include maintaining the communal grounds, communal cleaning, ensuring communal lighting is working, maintaining the lifts and doing repairs and maintenance as required.
A large part of the work we do is to communicate between the client, contractors and residents and we take this very seriously.
We will ensure that the contractors and arrangements that we put in place are working effectively to ensure the high standards of the development are met.
