Fraser Allen Estate Management was founded in 2016 by Jodie Fraser, who after spending over 10 years in the industry, started to feel despondent that the people living within the managed developments were not getting a say in how the property was managed, or how their service charge was being spent.   

That’s why we work tirelessly to create and maintain a welcoming environment with every property we manage. For each site, the first thing we do is listen.  We listen to what you need and what your goal is for the development.  

We incorporate our core values of professionalism, sincerity, and reliability into our working day with our interaction with clients, residents and contractors alike.  

Whatever the problem – whether it’s a roof leak, an overflowing bin or something else, our team’s caring, compassionate and thoughtful approach ensures consistently good response times, problem solving and happy, safe and secure clients. 

Whether we’re liaising with surveyors, estate or letting agents or any industry specialist, our focus is always on the property owner and the resident behind the door.  

This truly personal approach to property management, communication and excellent customer feedback has not only won us awards but has led to us being recognised in the Small Business 100 in 2020 and Jodie was recognised as the entrepreneur to watch in Insider Media’s 42 Under 42 in 2021.
