In accordance with the terms of your lease or relevant covenants, we will undertake repairs and maintenance to the communal areas as required.  Whether it’s a faulty light bulb or a major works project we’re here to help.  We have an easy to use repairs and maintenance portal managed by Alice Baker that we utilise to ensure any repairs are acted upon swiftly and you are communicated to effectively.  


Led by Jodie Fraser, the Legal Team will deal with leasehold and freehold enquiries before contract (LPE1, LPE2 & FME1 forms), lease extensions and complaints compliance.

Call Handling

Led by Claire Brewerton, our call handling team will be your first point of call should you contact us by telephone. The team will take a brief description of your query and then if required will pass the call to the relevant team member.


Led by Carol Gaston, the Accounts team provide service charge and ground rent statements, prepare service charge accounts, issue service charge and ground rent demands in accordance with the terms of the lease and make the necessary payments to contractors for work undertaken on behalf of our clients.


Led by Alice Baker, our administrative support team includes Hannah Edwards, Danielle Brown and Shirley Allen. The team undertakes many tasks such as post allocation, compliance, banking, leasehold correspondence, minute taking and general administration.


In accordance with the terms of the lease, your building must be insured. The lease covenants in respect of insurance usually prescribe what insurances need to be put in place.
However, as most leases are based on historic covenants, they are often out of date and are not relevant to the insurable risks that are faced by property owners today.
